Australian coffee company @LavazzaAus, and 2019 Fine Food exhibitor, released three new locally roasted coffee blends at the Australian Open this January. They went all out for their fourth year running at the popular tennis tournament, and to accompany the new launch also joined forces with Australian chef amabassador Jock Zonfrillo to create a one-off menu that featured the new Kafa roast in the menu.
