All orders are shipped directly from our Hudson Valley smokehouse located in the foothills of the Catskills Mountains of New York. Smoked Salmon is perishable and should be kept refrigerated at or below 38 degrees F.
Our all-natural smoked salmon is made using no preservatives and all of our products begin with fresh salmon sourced from sustainably responsible aquaculture centers located in Scotland, UK.
