A blend of white varieties. After fermentation the wine goes with its lees into vats and botas, it ages in these vats for 8 months, with regular tastings. The uniqueness of this wine lies in the contribution of a small quantity of manzanilla sherry wine
Straw yellow color, golden notes. Aromas of gooseberry, apple and chamomile flowers. The aging gives us aromas from nuts and spices. In mouth is fine and elegant, saline notes, fresh, light acidity and fruity and mineral after taste. Salads, fish, rice.
