Mauro Mauro Terreus 2014, 500 Ml Cava, 750 Ml
2014- 96 Points Parker
Import: Vino de la tierra, Castilla y Leon, Spain.
20 months in French oak barrels. Production: 6,600 bottles and 250 magnums. A single vineyard wine sourced from the Paraje de Cueva Baja made up of just 3 hectares of old vines planted on very loose soils of clay and sand. Complete character.
Excellent harmony and even lower yields in a great year of ripe and fresh tannins. The limestone veins in the soils of La Senda, one of our vineyards at a higher altitude in Cueva Baja, contributed depth and dynamism to this vintage.
Bodegas Mauro has been characterized for producing quality red wines with vocation for ageing and limited production. Wines which are balanced, opulent and sensual, which express the identity of the terroir, the grape varieties and the wine maker
