Only 2 days remain of what has been an unforgettable tour of our own backyard. Welcome to days 14 & 15 of Evergreens Central Australian Discovery. We woke on day 14 and enjoyed a beautiful morning as we cruised past the sheer sandstone cliffs of the Katherine Gorge located in Nitmiluk National Park. This is the land of the Jawoyn people. Where we learnt about their association with this land on the two-gorge cruise. From here we continued on to the NT capital, Darwin. Packed ...with history and culture this town has a laid-back lifestyle unlike any other capital in Australia. Very easy to get around and explore in your free time or just relax with a cold drink and enjoy the sunset. This evening we enjoyed a farewell dinner as we reminisced with some of our new found friends. After a relaxing night's rest, it was time to head home taking with us some wonderful memories of this Central Australian Tour.
